Why it's worth it
In fast shooters, every time your thumb leaves the right stick to jump or reload, you lose aim. The SCUF Omega fixes that with four paddles on the back and extra buttons you can map to anything. Add quick triggers, magnetic sticks designed to resist drift, and a long-lasting battery, and it's a real performance upgrade over the stock PS5 pad. The Skyrroz edition wraps it all in a navy and gold design that looks one of a kind.
The review
The Omega is SCUF's pro-style controller for PS5 and PC. This Skyrroz version is a special design with a navy faceplate and gold accents, built to order and shipped within about a week.
What it does well
Performance is where it shines. The four rear paddles, side buttons, and G-keys let you jump, crouch, or reload without moving your thumbs. The instant triggers and clicky mechanical face buttons feel quick, and the TMR thumbsticks are designed to resist drift.
Reviewers also note battery life well beyond the standard DualSense. It works wirelessly on PC with low latency and on phones over Bluetooth.
Where it falls short
It drops PS5's haptics, adaptive triggers, and rumble, which some games use well. Testers found a few parts, like the top plate, feel thin for the price, and the side buttons are easy to hit by accident. Switching between PS5 and PC means popping off the faceplate.
Bottom line
For competitive players who live in shooters, the Omega is a strong upgrade. If you mostly play story games and love the DualSense feel, you'll give up too much.
